AtG's 2nd Beer Dinner! Ain't no thang but a chickn w'ang in April!
Chef Reed and crew are at it again! On April 1st (seriously, no joke) we will host the 2nd of our beer dinner series in the ROBOT ROOM at AtG. The dinner's theme is centered around the wonderful world of wings! Who doesn't love wings? Ever had a rabbit wing? Four courses of the Chefs wings inspired by four different culinary regions.
Below is the menu, the cost $60 a head and we ask you RSVP (you can do so in person at AtG or give us a call and reserve your spot today!)
The Welcome Cocktail
North (north eastern)- Lemon Sole with Beer Bread Panzanella
Bacon lemon Vin., “Refrigerator style” cucumber pickles,bacon, thyme, Pickled Shallot, toasted pumpkin seed
South (Dirty South)- Southern Fried Quail “Wings”
Southern fried quail tossed in orange blossom honey, crispy kale, 3 Que sauces of the Chefs whim
East (Euro eastern) – Rabbit Fricassee
Seared braised rabbit “wing” served in its own sauce with "Tuscan style" mustard greens and toasted baguette
West (western U.S. southeast Asia)- Duck Fat Churro’s
Duck fat fried, Peking duck wing confit churro’s dusted in Chinese 5 spice served with fig redoux and peach puree
