DESCRIPTION:
Holy fuck, thats weird! Shit!!” – Pete Fingerson
Pete isnt wrong, but also he is right. This style of beer comes from the land of the ice and snow, from the midnight sun, where the hotsprings flow. The Kviek (a strain of S. cerevisiae) sailed in ships to Yeast Bay. New to our shores, this traditional Norwegian yeast imparts most of the weirdnesses of spice and orange. We armed these hardy, voracious, immigrant fungi with flaming beech wood, ample juniper, and the earthy spices of Kazbek as they ran over the yielding background of Vienna and Munich. This conquest is now coming to your mouth.

Amassing their forces in the land of the Epididymedes, converging near the Pross State, conducted by mighty Vos the Defrens, and ready for Valhalla, these hordes are coming.
