“Polish Joak”

This beer should probably be called Pole Smoker, but that might be insensitive.

 This is an AtG resurrection of an old Polish style called a Grätzer, which was originally made with 100% oak-smoked wheat.  We reinterpreted the recipe a little to boost the diastatic power slightly (it’s an enzymes thing) while still retaining about 66% German oak-smoked wheat.  The light body and mellow wheat flavor really allow the full smokiness to shine through.  Maxed out.

ABV:  3.6%  IBU: 36  OG: 9.1P
