DESCRIPTION:
Capoeira... the art and science of dance fighting. Native to Brazil this martial art consists of swaying rhythmically while interspersing various rolls, handstands and kicks. What does this have to do with this IPA? Not a whole lot really but youre welcome for increasing your knowledge. Oh wait, there is a connection. Our Brazilian importer (yes AtG is in Brazil) asked for the possibility of making an American IPA at a ridiculously low price point. I would normally laugh at people who want cheap beer but this time I took it as a challenge. So this is about as cheap to produce IPA as you can get and guess what, it is actually incredibly delicious. The moral of the story is that it is more about the 3 Es of brewing(execution, experience and eingenuity) than about the amount of high priced hops, fruits etc
